I am pleased to announce that Joe proposed last night and I have said yes!!
No dates set yet, but watch this space! We are both very excited, and consumed a good deal of champagne last night to celebrate the occasion. He also completed the marathon in 1 hour and 49 minutes so all round, a very good sunday!!

No dates set yet, but will probably be in about a year/year and a half, will keep you informed! Are you going to be at Sallys on Sunday 23rd sept? We are popping down for the day so really hope we could see you then before you go....she said you may well be there. Yes, poor Joe is rather tired, and the wierdest thing is that he ran it in exactly one hour, 49 mins and 47 seconds according to the official race timer, which is the EXACT same time as his best friend Stefan!! Spooky!
Better check all the runner's times. The clock may have got stuck!
Sally said you were down. I plan to
be there. Then back to London I guss for possible farewell drinks on Monday evening, then fly on Tuesday.
